I'll give you (more) insight in yourself and in others. You'll learn to talk each other's language, recognize your own stress and that of others. After a training or coaching sessions, you have a better understanding of yourself, and others. You will also know what to do in order to recharge your battery, and that of others. As a result, you'll have effective communication. In all situations, this is valuable and beneficial.
